Our Team

Mark is a founder and co-principal of AE. He has acted as the principal corporate and financial advisor to a number of Australian corporate success stories and has extensive experience in Australian equity and debt markets and advising clients on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

Prior to AE, Mark was the founder and former executive director of Rundle Capital Partners Limited, a subsidiary of the financial services arm of a major diversified investment house.

Mike Boyle has over 20 years’ experience across capital markets, M&A and corporate advisory, with a strong track record advising listed and private companies across a broad range of sectors.

He has extensive experience in equity capital markets, transaction execution, strategic advisory and investor engagement, working closely with boards, founders and management teams to support growth, funding and corporate development objectives.

Prior to joining AE Financial Group in 2026, Mike was Head of Capital Markets at a Sydney-based investment firm. He has also held roles with UBS and Macquarie Bank, providing him with deep market experience and strong institutional relationships across the Australian capital markets landscape.

Kaitlin joined Adelaide Equity Partners in July 2008. She has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting, corporate company secretarial and financial management across various industries.  

Kaitlin has served as Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX listed and unlisted companies in the Materials, Automobiles and Components, Energy and Technology sectors. She also provides these roles to Australian Financial Licensee holder, Adelaide Equity Partners Limited.

Kaitlin is actively involved in Board management, corporate governance, compliance and end-to-end accounting including management accounting and statutory financial reporting.

Kaitlin is a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Michael brings over 17 years of experience in stockbroking, specializing in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and value investing in emerging growth companies across the technology and resources sectors. Michael joins us from Baker Young, where he combined his deep knowledge of investing with their Portfolio Management system. Over the years, Michael has played a key role in facilitating IPOs, placements, and underwritings, helping companies unlock capital and scale their businesses.

At AE Advisors, Michael will continue to support clients with his expertise in ECM and will support our corporate advisory offering strengthening our ability to deliver tailored solutions in a dynamic market.

Experienced corporate advisor to listed and private companies and private equity firms with a focus on energy, infrastructure and financial services

Damon began his career at KPMG and then EY in their Strategy and Transactions teams, focusing on providing strategic corporate advisory services to primarily listed clients and private equity firms. Damon has advised on a number of financial services, mining, infrastructure and energy sector transactions

Vivian Jiang is part of the administrative department which provides accounting, company secretarial and administrative services. Since joining AE in February 2016, Vivian has been actively involved in accounting duties including the recording of financial information, processing payroll, preparation of management accounts, cash flow management, budgeting, statutory financial reporting and assisting the Company Secretary on day to day activities. She also provides these services to a number of companies, some of which are ASX listed.

Vivian has more than 10 years’ accounting experience and has worked with some major resource companies and Native Title groups in South Australia and Western Australia. She is a CPA and holds a Master of Business majoring in Accounting and a Bachelor of Management majoring in Marketing.

Peter was previously an industrials equity research analyst with MST Financial and prior to that was with Ord Minnett and Taylor Collison, where he gained experience in financial markets with exposure to micro and small-cap deals and wholesale broking for financial planners Australia wide with experience in portfolio creation and management. Before financial markets, Peter has 7 years’ experience in management in the building industry with an importer wholesaler of joinery components. Peter has obtained a graduate certificate in Business Administration and is currently completing an MBA at the University of Adelaide.

Ian has fifteen years of funds management experience both in domestic and global equity markets. Most recently was co-founder and portfolio manager at Fairlight Asset Management, a global small and mid-cap fund management business.

Prior to funds management Ian worked as an engineer across a range of biomedical and chemical engineering roles.

Yousef Alameddine is a former Senior Analyst in M&A Valuations at Deloitte, where he specialised in financial modelling and strategic valuation across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, and industrials. He also held an audit role within Deloitte’s National Strategic division, supporting risk assessment and financial reviews for high-profile clients. Yousef holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UTS and is a Chartered Accountant

Jack is an Analyst in the Corporate Advisory team, where he leverages deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and business analysis. He joined AE from Peloton Capital, where he served as an Equity Capital Markets Analyst, advising small-cap listed and unlisted entities on strategic capital raisings and corporate mandates across diverse sectors. Prior to that, Jack worked in healthcare and retail banking.

 Jack holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Jack has passed all three levels of the CFA.
