The Team

Mike has over 20 years’ experience across capital markets, M&A and corporate advisory, with a strong track record advising listed and private companies across a broad range of sectors.

He has extensive experience in equity capital markets, transaction execution, strategic advisory and investor engagement, working closely with boards, founders and management teams to support growth, funding and corporate development objectives.

Prior to joining AE in 2026, Mike was Head of Capital Markets at a Sydney-based investment firm. He has also held roles with UBS and Macquarie Bank, giving him deep market experience and strong institutional relationships across the Australian capital markets landscape.

Peter was previously an industrials equity research analyst with MST Financial, and prior to that was with Ord Minnett and Taylor Collison, where he gained experience in financial markets with exposure to micro and small-cap deals and wholesale broking for financial planners Australia-wide, including portfolio creation and management.

Before financial markets, Peter spent seven years in management in the building industry with an importer and wholesaler of joinery components. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and is currently completing an MBA at the University of Adelaide.

Kaitlin joined Adelaide Equity Partners in July 2008. She has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting, corporate company secretarial and financial management across various industries.

She has served as Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX listed and unlisted companies in the Materials, Automobiles and Components, Energy and Technology sectors. She also provides these roles to Australian Financial Services Licence holder Adelaide Equity Partners Limited.

Kaitlin is actively involved in board management, corporate governance, compliance and end-to-end accounting, including management accounting and statutory financial reporting.

She is a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Vivian is part of the administrative department which provides accounting, company secretarial and administrative services. Since joining AE in February 2016, Vivian has been actively involved in accounting duties including the recording of financial information, processing payroll, preparation of management accounts, cash flow management, budgeting, statutory financial reporting and assisting the Company Secretary on day to day activities. She also provides these services to a number of companies, some of which are ASX listed.

Vivian has more than 10 years’ accounting experience and has worked with some major resource companies and Native Title groups in South Australia and Western Australia. She is a CPA and holds a Master of Business majoring in Accounting and a Bachelor of Management majoring in Marketing.

An experienced corporate advisor to listed and private companies and private equity firms, with a focus on energy, infrastructure and financial services.

Damon began his career at KPMG and then EY in their Strategy and Transactions teams, providing strategic corporate advisory services to primarily listed clients and private equity firms. He has advised on a number of financial services, mining, infrastructure and energy sector transactions.

Yousef is a former Senior Analyst in M&A Valuations at Deloitte, where he specialised in financial modelling and strategic valuation across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure and industrials.

He also held an audit role within Deloitte’s National Strategic division, supporting risk assessment and financial reviews for high-profile clients. Yousef holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UTS and is a Chartered Accountant.
