Our role
- Assisted Tally Group in their $74m merger with Agility CIS
- AE provided end to end transaction management support including initial negotiations and structuring, through to deal closure
Outcomes
- Tally Group successfully completed its $71m merger with Agility CIS in September 2021
- The merger will enable the two businesses to combine their strengths to further support customers with industry expertise and the latest technology platform in the industry
