Our Story
AE was established in 2006 by a small group that believed that clients deserved better advice more aligned to their goals, vision and values than the large corporate factories provided.
We saw a need for a group that could think differently about corporate transactions. An advisory group that thought long term, more creatively and stood by you every step of the way until we delivered the transformation, prosperity, value and impact you wanted to make.
This step-change in investment banking required people that had the intellect to be able to identify commercial opportunities ahead of the market, an ability to “think outside the box” and the empathy and desire to positively impact society as well as the bottom line.
We wanted to provide clients the ability to deal directly with an organisation that had a flat structure where every individual in the advisory team cares constantly about the clients outcome and realising your vision – financial and otherwise.
